You may return your new unused product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Simply follow the instructions below. Please remember, we are unable to offer returns on food items, gas masks, defense spray, disaster preparedness items or books and videos.
RETURN
- Keep your customer invoice and use the packing slip provided in the box.
- Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return.
- If you would like an exchange also write the item , size and color on the packing slip.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice
- Ship the package back to the address below. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location or USPS
- If the error was ours, please contact us and we will email you a pre-paid return label.
