LBT Modular Medical IFAK Pouch, Multicam

The LBT Modular Medical IFAK Pouch is a military issue Individual First Aid Kit pouch designed to be a low profile platform designed to keep your life-saving equipment protected and rapidly accessible for deployment.  The inner of the IFAK pouch is made with elastic to hold your gear as needed and keep it secure.  The back of the pouch has a MOLLE attachment system to easily attach to your gear.

Condition Guide

Grade 1 Like New:  Out of the factory case or may have only minor signs of use or storage marks.

Grade 2 Used: What we call normal used surplus. The gear is fully usable and shows normal signs of use with a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, repairs, and or surface rust on them.  We find that up to a small 1/4” hole or frays does not repair well and do not affect the gears performance.

Grade 3 Excessive Use:  This gear can still be used but has a rougher life.  They show heavier stains, may still have a tear, or something needing repair. This is great as CIF turn-in, extra gear or as a budget item.
