Army Navy Outdoors offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more of gear before tax and after discounts. Some exclusions apply. Free shipping is within the contiguous United States and non-APO and takes between 3 to 10 business days in transit. Items excluded from free shipping include, but not limited to, full size beds, Items excluded from free shipping will be noted on the product page. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

We ship primarily via FedEx. UPS and USPS methods. We cannot provide guarantees that packages will arrive within any specific time frame. Once the shipment leaves our facility it cannot be rerouted. Some Priority USPS shipments may not show movement scans until delivered.

There are instances in which there may be a delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen weather or events. ANO can not take responsibility If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time

Please note that items may ship from multiple locations. When ordering multiple items, please allow more than 1 package in some cases. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment. You will not be charged for additional shipping costs.

Shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Outlying U.S. do not qualify for free shipping. We love our military however APO /FPO boxes must be shipped USPS which occurs additional shipping charges and are excluded from any free shipping promotions.

Bunk Beds and Freight Delivery. Once your order has shipped, the freight company requires you to take immediate possession of your order. If any storage fees occur due to rescheduling the delivery, you will be solely responsible for those fees and must pay them in full prior to delivery. If your order is returned to our warehouse, your order will be refunded minus all shipping costs and any storage fees that have occurred. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted.

International Shipping

Excluding Canada, Army Navy Outdoors does not ship overseas directly. Please choose to use our Ebay store for worldwide international orders. If you’re using a U.S. freight forwarding company, we can not be responsible for any damage or loss after the order is received to the U.S. mail forward address. Orders being shipped to a mail forward company must be paid using Paypal, ACH or Wire transfer. Credit card orders placed on this website to such addresses may not be processed and will be refunded.

Duties, VAT and any applicable fees from Canada are the responsible of the customer to be paid at time of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

Getting your order is our priority. Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to Army Navy Outdoors so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner.

In order for us to assist, a missing package must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date and you must submit your concern in writing to sales@ArmyNavyOutdoors. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 30 days, and Army Navy Outdoors assumes no responsibility for claims not reported within the time period.
