The H&H Dry Sterile Burn Dressing, also known as a combat Cravat, is standard issue in military first aid kits known as IFAKs.  These and are technically out of date with an expiration of 6/2020 however since they are a dressing, we find they still work.  Cravat dressing wraps are great for multi-use from everything from a sling, burn, wound dressing or even a bone wrap. These are made larger than the standard Triangle wrap at 45" x 45" x 63" and are also absorbent. light weight and compact.  A Cravat should be in every trauma or first aid kit.  

About expiration dates:  Army Navy Outdoors and the manufacture is not able to guarantee the effectiveness of expired products.  Expiration dates are regulated by the FDA to ensure the package maintains its sterilization and the contents guarantee to be effective.  Expired gear is a great deal but should be used at your own risk or for training purposes.
