The U.S.A.F. issue Tourniquet pouch was made to hold a C.A.T (Combat Action Torquate) on vests and MOLLE gear belts.  Designed to keep your tourniquet both secure and to have fast access, the top elastic cap slips off for easy deployment to be ready for use.  Made of 1000D Nylon with MOLLE/PALS-style connectors.
