These is a classic water resistant First Aid kit box and pouch dated back form the 70's.  They were once used as the standard issue IFAK with ALIC gear and over the years have been a great pouch and box for all types of supplies.  The back has ALICE clips to be attached to any belt or straps.  These have never been issued and are in new condition but may have some storage scratches.
