The USAF Issue Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) is issued to security forces and ground troop support.  The USAF IFAK is designed to manage lifesaving injuries in the field. The IFAK bag is designed to opens into a well-organized bag to quickly find your gear and lay flat for a workstation. The back of the bag MOLLE compatible to attach to a vest or other gear.  Note that Some of the contents are dated to expire between 2021-2023 making this kit 50% off normal retail and great for extra gear.
