The ABU sustainment pouch is designed for the Mission Ready Assault Pack and would also attach to the Air Force LCS vest or other support USAF gear.  Made to hold gear like MREs and other essentials these pouches give you extra space and allow it to all be in reach.  Manufactured of durable abrasive resistant material that is water resistant they attach using a buckle system that will work on most standard gear.
