The used G.I Issue Mid-Weight Polypropylene Thermal Top is part of the level 2 ECWCS clothing system designed to wick moisture away from the skin and keep you warm in the worst of weather.  This classic and tested mid weight thermal top has been around for years. its ¼ zipper and high neck collar has proven to work and keep cold out and heat it.  Keep warm for outdoor fun and work this season.  Getting out is much more fun when you're warm.
