These surplus tarp covers are real, previously issued military gear, and because of that, the exact conditions of each item may vary. All of our surplus gear is graded in order to give you options and have a better understanding of your purchase and the expected quality of your product. Military gear is built well and used by soldiers in varying environments proving its quality. We hope that it serves you well in all of your outdoor endeavors.

Grade 1 Like New: out of the factory case or may have only minor signs of use or storage marks.

Grade 2 Used : What we call normal surplus. The gear is fully usable and shows normal signs of use but has a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, repairs, and or peeling or missing seam tape.. We found that pin holes does not affect the gears performance.

Grade 3 Excessive Use: This gear can still be used but had a rougher life. They show heavier stains, and or may still have a hole, tear, or seam tape that could be repaired if needed. This is great as extra gear or as a great budget item.
