The Ceradyne ECH IIIA+ Low Cut Ballistic Helmet (Enhanced Combat Helmet) is a  Low Cut IIIA+ level armor issue helmet that is able to stop a large range of shotgun, pistol and even some rifle level threats. These are current U.S. Issue and come with a light / NVG mount. These are in used good condition and may have some a small chip in the paint or scratch.  Each helmet is shipped with a chin strap assembly.  Pads not included
