The USMC Grid Fleece thermal top known as F.R.O.G. (Flame Resistant Organizational Gear) is a standard issue mid layer thermal shirt that will keep you warm while being highly breathable with no-drip, no-melt technology. Made from Polar Tec grid fleece by XGO to be used as part of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) it offers flexibility, warmth, and comfort in cold conditions.
The Polar Tech material is made in a grid fleece pattern to be warm and maximize breathability. The XGO mid layer also feature hand warming pockets, thumb loops in the cuff and a full zip up collar for maximum protection making this a great stand-alone over shirt as well. A combat proven thermal mid layer top with no-drip-no-melt protection makes it great for work in hazards as well as the outdoors. These are a full cut fit, and we find them to run large.
