Made to be Uniform compliant the Gen III mid Weight Underwear top are level II of the E.C.W.C.S. (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System). These thermal tops are highly breathable with moisture wicking properties to keep you dry.  Designed with a 1/4 zipper and grid fleece thermal material to be comfortable and provides excellent breathability in cold climates even when wet.  When you are working hard you sweat even in the cold.  Use these along with the Gen III Level I silk underneath as it gets colder. Being able to layer is the key to warmth.
