The 100oz Hydramax bladder was designed to use with the 3 LT standard military hydration carrier but may be used with any carrier or backpack sleeve that will fit a standard size top.  The GI Hydramax used bladder is constructed of food-grade thermoplastic polyurethane that is BPA free with and inhibits growth of bacteria.  We also added a new hose kit to make this even better.
