The U.S. Army MOLLE II Medical Bag is made to be a fully organized backpack includes removable pouches that you can customize how you need them.   The backpack measures about 17” x 14” x 9" with a large main compartment, internal removable bandolier pouch and two flip out removable side pockets.  Each medic backpack also includes 4 IFAK pouches that may be attached or used as throw bags for bleed control.  The medic backpack was designed to also attach it to a main rucksack.  Think of this as a compact military issue STOMP bag.  This is a great bag to use as it was intended for medical Combat pack for supplies or repurpose for tools, computer gear or anything else you need to carry. This can be the most organized pack in your collection
