Military Issue Woodland GORE-TEX Bivy Sleeping Bag Cover


The Military Issue improved Bivy cover is designed to use with or without the the modular sleep system and makes a great light weight camping and survival shelter.  Made to be 100% waterproof with Gore-Tex fabric and heavy duty YKK zippers it is tough enough to handle abusive weather. A Bivy cover is made to keep you both dry and warmer while sleeping outside your tent by acting as an additional heat barrier during winter and ventable during the warmer months.  Military bivy covers can be used with any sleeping bag military or commercial and will last you a long time in the outdoors. Get out and put it to use.

Condition Guide

Surplus is real military gear, and the exact conditions may vary.  Surplus is graded to give you options for your budget and have a clearer description.  We grade to a high standard and may differ from other brands scales so please read our grades in full.  Military gear was built well and used by soldiers proving its quality.  We hope you find that it serves you well. 

Grade 1 Like New:  out of the factory case or may have only minor signs of use or storage marks.

Grade 2 Used : What we call normal surplus. The gear is fully usable and shows normal signs of use and has a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, repairs, and or surface rust on them.  We found that up to a small 1/4” hole or fray does not repair well and do not affect the gears performance.
