The Military Issue improved Bivy cover is designed to use with or without the modular sleep system and makes a great light weight camping and survival shelter. Made to be 100% waterproof with Gore-Tex® fabric and heavy duty YKK® zippers it is tough enough to handle abusive weather. A Bivy cover is made to keep you both dry and warmer while sleeping outside your tent by acting as an additional heat barrier during winter and able to be vented during the warmer months. Military bivy covers can be used with any sleeping bag military or commercial and will last you a long time in the outdoors. Get out and put it to use.
