The Military Issue Medical Assault Packs ware manufactured by Propper Industries to give flexibility for a medic to carry the gear needed on both short and extended missions.  The interior of each pack is designed to be customized with hook and loop to add pouches and compartments as needed and easily changed.  The main Medical Assault Pack and the smaller Medical Sustainment Bag can be used together or separately and can also attach independently to the FILBE or other military pack systems.  The combo ships with both bags and is a truly customizable set that you will never outgrow. Internal pouches not included.
