MRE Heater Pack of 12

The MRE Flameless Military Heater or FRH is A water-activated, non-toxic heater especially designed to heat MRE meals in the field without having to use a stove.  The heater pack is a clear bag with a a mixture of  finely powdered magnesium metal, alloyed with a small amount of iron, and table salt.  

To use just add water to the pouch it will heat the water to a temperature of 100 °F (56 °C) in twelve minutes with no visible flame. Place the Entree portion only while in its sealed pouch (do not open the pouch) into the Heater bag and add water to the fill line.  The water will then heat the bag and meal.  MRE heaters have also been know to be used for other used when heat is needed.   Use the heater  easily in situations where fire is not allowed or in emergency situations. They are  ideal for soldiers in the field, campers, hunters, boaters, and emergency preparedness.
