History of the P-38 Can Opener

Developed in 1942, the P-38 is a small can opener issued to military soldiers along with their canned field rations. The P-38 became extremely popular because it was found to have multiple uses, besides opening field rations. Although, the P-38 is not issued to soldiers anymore, it is still in high demand due to it's versatility of uses.
