These SKB protective cases are made for military use to protect gear under tough conditions.  Molded of ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, they feature a gasketed, water and dust tight, submersible design that is resistant to corrosion and impact damage. They're built to last, with continuous molded-in hinge, patent pending "trigger release" latch system, comfortable, snap-down rubber over-molded cushion grip handle, and automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C). The SKB stacks securely and is padlockable.  Some cases may have pre-cut foam that can be modified or replaced. These are in used condition showing some stains, writing or scratches but no damage that would affect the performance.
