The Squad Combat Casualty Kit was designed for the Combat Lifesaver to treat 2- 4 casualties while giving carry flexibility. The bag is organized and packed to treat massive hemorrhage, airway, and respiratory issues while under stress. All items are packed with combat tested components. The hip bag has interior patricians are specially designed for medical use and additional pockets may also be added.  The bag may be carried as a shoulder, waist or attached to a backpack or vest.  To maintain freshness allow up to 2 weeks for custom kit builds, call for additional availability.
