The Military issue Poncho Liner was originally designed to be a lightweight, covering, or field blanket in any environment and made to be light weight and packable. You can simply also use the attached corner strings and tie them to the grommets of a waterproof military poncho to make a warm sleeping bag or shelter.  The poncho liner, also known affectionally as a Woobie to those who served is one of the best pieces of military cold weather gear you can have. It is an extremely versatile and useful for camping, hiking, and as survival equipment.  Made in the U.S.A

Condition Guide

Surplus is real military gear, and the exact conditions may vary.  We grade some items to give options so you can choose what is best for your use and budget.  Military gear was built well and used by soldiers proving its quality. We hope you find that it serves you well.

Grade 1: Very good condition with only minor signs of use and no repairs or holes. These are harder to find and in like new condition.  

Grade 2 Used : What we call normal surplus. The Poncho Liner is fully usable and shows normal signs of wear with a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading or repairs that will not affect its performance. 

Grade 3: This Poncho Liner can still be used but had a rougher life.  They will show heavier stains, faded and have more repairs than normal, or for example may still have a small tear, a missing tie for example but fully usable as-is. This is great as extra gear or as a budget item that can be less then perfect.
