The U.S. Issue Army Medical Pouch was the first generation of the SOF pouch designed to be compact and used on a combat vest without getting in the way.  The zipper is made to open to the center leaving the pouch closed at the bottom ensuring your gear does not fall out.  This action allows you to open the pouch more quickly and securely than a full zipper and, in a stand, up manor.  Much more than a medical IFAK pouch, we find it useful for all types of gear and like the open secure feature it offers.  Made of waterproof coated durable Cardura fabric with MOLLE compatible back it’s a great one to add to your kit.
