The U.S. Military Issue ACU Improved Individual First Aid Kit Pouch (IFAK) was the standard Army Issue medical kit pouch for combat. Made of very durable 1000D nylon with stiffeners on the sides to keep its shape and make loading and unloading easy. The back of the pouch is MOLLE or PAL compatible to attach to your vest, backpack or even a belt. Each pouch some with a IFAK insert to create more organization and a pull-out workstation. These pouches also make a great handy pouch for all types of gear, cords or tools.
