Made from a durable Cordura nylon to carry a 1-quart GI Canteen it is used to carry all types of small accessories including magazines. The back is made with MOLLE attachments to connect easily to your other gear or a belt. The great features are the elastic drawstring and cord lock to keep everything inside, a very adjustable cover with a quick-release buckle. and 2 small exterior pockets on the sides that were designed for water purification tablets.
