The original issue USMC Individual Fist Aid Kit Pouch (IFAK) that was first made in 2003. This version is a bit smaller than the larger USMC IFAK Pouch. We like that it is more compact and still fits the basic and intermediate builds easily. Measuring about 7" Height x 6" Wide x 2" Deep it's made of durable Cordura fabric with a MOLLE compatible back and simple quick release front buckle. This is a great size in a real U.S. issue pouch for any gear you need handy.
