U.S. Issue Primaloft  ECWCS  Cold Weather GEN III L7

The military issue Primaloft insulated trouser pant is part of the Extended Cold Weather system (ECWCS) and meant to be used as an over-pant in inclement cold weather. When you are serious about staying warm, these are designed for use during extreme cold. Primaloft is a perfect pant for work, hunting and outdoor activities especially when you’re in a still place not moving and requiring that extra protection. The design is to hold body warmth using Primaloft synthetic down like bonded insulation with a water-resistant outer shell that keeps out the cold. The added knee and cuff material, adjustable waist, breathability and, durable, and packable makes these winter pants an all around favorite.

What you should know about Used Military Surplus

All items are in good usable condition with plenty of uses left on them. However, due to these items being used by actual military personnel the conditions of each item may vary. The knee and seat patches on the Hallys brand may have cracks or peeling on the outside waterproof patches but are fully functional and are not in the material These are in like new condition otherwise. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, small repairs.
