The RBAV U.S. made Plate and Soft Armor Carrier is a high-quality, durable, and versatile tactical vest that will last you a long time and take real use in the field. The vest features front, back and side MOLLE attachment points, which allow you to customize it with a variety of pouches and accessories along with a life-saving grab handle to pull you out of danger if needed.  The vest is fully adjustable and also accommodates side panels.

Condition Guide 

Surplus is real military gear, and the exact conditions may vary.  We grade used military surplus to give you options and offer a clearer description. Military gear was built well and used by soldiers proving its tested quality.  We hope you find that it serves you well. 

Grade 1 Like New:  Out of the factory case or may have only minor signs of storage marks but not issued.

Grade 2 Used: What we call normal used surplus. The gear is fully usable and shows normal signs of use with a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, repairs, and or surface rust on them.  We find that up to a small 1/4” hole or frays does not repair well and do not affect the gears performance.
