Fit and Sizing
- Plate Size Guide:
- Medium (10x12): Fits chest 36-42" - most common
- Large (11x14): Fits chest 42-48"
How to measure: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level. Choose the plate size that provides coverage from collarbone to just above the navel.
Cummerbund sizing: Generally matches your plate size. If between sizes, size up for comfort or size down for a tighter fit.
