The Desert APECS Type II GORE-TEX Parka is the AOR1 made for the U.S. Navy. The desert color was mostly issued to ground naval Special Warfare (NSW) personnel when working in desert environments.  Made with GORE-TEX fabric, this parka is fully waterproof, windproof, and breathable with lots of features for venting and staying dry.  It is designed to be worn with as a layering system like the Army's ECWCS to help you stay dry longer.
