The USMC Assault Pouch is an all-around pouch that was made for the US Marine Corp to fit on the FILBE pack system or attached to any MOLLE webbing for extra storage.  Measures about 5.75"H x 10.25"W x 2"D and made of water-resistant durable fabric it seems to be the perfect size MOLLE pouch.  There is also a divider sleeve on the inside for better organization.  For general purpose, it is the most popular and useful style extra pouch you can have.
