Sizing: U.S. Vintage Shirts are sizes by neck and measurement around the waist. The 2nd measurement is noted as the circumference around the waist/hip area. 15.5 x 35 would convert to 15” neck with a total circumference of 35” There is no sleeve length measurement and will be in proportion to both sizes.
