The Tactical Water-Jel sterile gel 4″x4″ burn dressing was designed for immediate use on burns to treat and cool the skin. A small square-shaped dressing designed to fit the palm of the hand and pack easily into an IFAK medical kit.  The most commonly burned areas the , or the back of the hand, near the knuckles and lower arms.  Having a quick burn solution handy makes a difference in the long term outcome.
