The Wellco M760 Combat Hiker was designed to be a solution for military personnel operating in demanding mountainous environments. There was a need for a faster and lighter combat boots in mountain warfare.

Constructed from full-grain nubuck leather and high-tenacity nylon, the M760 is made with a full rubber rand around the lower part of the boot for protection against abrasion in rugged terrain.   Heat mitigation is important, the M760 incorporates dual instep drain vents for breathability and to allow moisture to expel. A Vibram multi-terrain outsole is used for grip and stability and the midsole is optimized for shock. All this made a boot that meets the needs and will serve you well in your tactical training or outdoor use.
