This is the pack Medics carried. JBC built it, London Bridge sewed it, and it was never sold to the public. The PIG stands for Platform Interchangeable Gear. Two packs mount to a base you can run as a conventional two-strap ruck or as a single sling across the chest, so you can yank the whole bag around front and work out of it without dropping it. Six removable pouches inside means two medics can pull from the same bag at once. There's also a small trauma pack up front for the stuff you need in the first ten seconds. V1 Does not come with a cross body sling or compression straps over the front accessory MOLLE pouches as pictured.
We left some gauze and first aid items inside, but the pack is what you're paying for.
