When you need quality there is nothing like the real thing.  The U.S. Military Issue ACU Improved IFAK Pouch was the standard Army Issue medical kit pouch for combat.  Made of very durable 1000D nylon with stiffeners on the sides to keep its shape and make loading and unloading easy.  The back of the pouch is MOLLE or PAL compatible to attach to your vest, backpack or even a belt.  Add the insert to make this a complete IFAK pouch or create more organization and a pull-out workstation.  They also make a great handy pouch for all types of gear or tools.
