U.S. Army Issue OCP Level 6 ECWCS Jacket is a lightweight technical hard shell designed to be the sixes layer in the system that is both waterproof and can capture heat if needed. We like that it is a durable shell but very packable and less stiff than traditional Gen III Gore-Tex. There are also zippered "pass-through" openings that allow you to reach the pockets of your fleece or uniform underneath without unzipping the entire jacket. Features like the stowable hood make this jacket a easy to use and stay dry in extreme weather conditions.
