The Genuine U.S. Medium ALICE Pack was designed as the main part of the U.S. Military's All-purpose, Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment in the 1970’s.  Over the years this pack has become much harder to find.  The Medium ALICE Pack can be used either with or without the frame making it a versatile option for any activity. The Medium ALICE pack is designed to hold loads up to 50 lbs when using the frame.  It is easy to organize your gear with the internal pocket made for a poncho liner or radio, and 3 outside pockets that can be stuffed full of gear to be within reach.  A great pack and hard to find item. Add a New ALICE Frame and keep it authentic with a U.S. Issue Shoulder and Kidney pad.
