The XM-3 Cart is constructed of heavy-duty steel, providing extra strength and stability with its additional center leg support. You can also conveniently use the 3 durable steel shelves in the cart to store other items when the cots are being used making it a great field storage unit. The 2 fixed casters and 2 swivel casters with breaks allow the cart to be easily transported.  Includes a washable vinyl cover with Velcro closure to help keep It clean and dust free. The XM-3 steel medical cot is adjustable to easily move between 4 headrest and 3 leg positions for optimum patient positions. Designed for field hospitals, shelters, and other emergency response situations the cot easily stores and can be ready when needed for extra beds.  The medical grade foam mat is made with a fluid resistant vinyl cover that can be sanitized. The XM-3 has been used by FEMA and the American Red Cross. IV poles are available and added upon request at an additional cost.
