The MOLLE II ACU Sustainment Pouch mounts to the side of the MOLLE Main Rucksack, Patrol Pack, vest or most, any military backpack.  Sustainment pouches were originally designed to hold MRE's;  however these are extremely versatile and handy for carrying equipment, clothing or anything that needs to be more readily available.  Part of the new modular gear system designed by Specialty Defense Systems, Inc. The pouch has four attachment MOLLE straps and a draw sting opening along with a full covered quick release top so your gear stays put.  Easy to use and should be part of any ACU Kit.
