The Army ACU Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) was designed after the original Army Issue IFAK with some updates for those who need a compact combat quality kit for life threatening wounds.  The contents are all military issue quality to mitigate the bleeding wounds from severe injury with the space to add tension pneumothorax and airway components for those who are trained.  What we like is both its compact design and insert that makes a well-organized workstation. This is a no fluff trauma kit that requires you to have the skills needed for its use. All first aid kits are freshly packed to order.
