ESS Profile Tan Military Issue Goggles, Used

The ESS Goggles have all the advantages without sacrifices in dust filtration, wide field of view, and maximum impact protection.  ESS Military Goggles give you the eye protection you need for your activities in the field.  A trusted google, ESS brand goggles are used by the military in theater they are battle tested and work for any activity you throw at it.  The ESS Profile NVG were the authorized goggle issued by the U.S. military and will serve you well.

Note: It is a personal preference to remove the top foam covering the vent holes allowing the goggles to be more breathable and help prevent fogging. The foam also tends to easily tear and is common in used goggles.  Please note that goggles may have ripped or missing foam for this reason.

What you should know about used ESS Goggle Eyewear

Surplus is real military gear and the exact conditions may vary.  We grade used military surplus to give you options and offer a more clear description. Military gear was built well and used by soldiers proving its tested quality.  We hope you find that it serves you well. All optics may not come with their original case.  

Grade 1: New, to like new condition, Unused but may show some storage marks without any scratches on the lens.  

Grade 2: What we call normal surplus. The goggle is fully usable and shows normal signs of use and has a lot of life left. These will have some scratches in the outer areas but will not affect the normal view and use of the goggle. The foam on the top of the goggle may be ripped or missing.  Mose soldiers remove the foam form more breathability.  See our notes above.

Grade 3: This goggle can be used but had a rougher life.  They show heavier stains and scratches than normal including in the center of the eye. Great for CIF turn in gear, parts or one time use needs.
