The vintage cotton extreme cold weather deck pant was made to keep sailors warm while on deck in the cold sea winters. The heavily insulated, durable thick cotton shell and fleece lining make great cold weather gear when your demanded to be outdoors. Two adjustable cuff strap that secure the bottom of your pant around your boots keep the cold out and heat in. A great design that was used on the flight deck for the USN where they know cold.
