The U.S. Issue original M3 Medic Combat Lifesaver Bag is the larger of the two M3 bags. Designed with three zipper compartments, allowing for efficient organization of medical gear the kit has a long standing history ensuring preparedness in critical situations. The M3 works perfect for a home or vehicle first aid kits allowing plenty of organization using each pouch for different wound progression treatment. 

Measuring approximately 12 x 8 x 8 inches when cubed (12 x 12 inches when exposed), this bag is opened easily and offers ample storage space without compromising portability. Manufactured by EHMKE Mfg Co Inc and others,  the M3 Combat Lifesaver bag was originally known as the Unit One bag in the Navy and Marine Corps, and had been in service since the end of World War II.  This first aid kit bag has real history and is still effective today.
