The Large size Tasmanian Tiger medic backpack was designed with intelligent and a clear interior divider system that allow for quick access and versatility in a high-quality bag.  If you have a need to carry more gear than usual this makes a great pack. We also use this MK II bag for a disaster relieve medical pack due to its extra space for bulker items.   The TT Medic Assault Pack L MK II is now the third size of the tried and tested medic backpack from Tasmanian Tiger. The backpack is about 4 cm (one MOLLE strip) deeper than the two smaller models. It has laser cut MOLLE on the front and sides. The bottom also has attachments for a rescue blanket. 

There are tons of features like a fast access or tool panel, reversable hook and loop, color coded pouches, IV and longer item pockets, hanging handles and a whole lot more.  The light padded shoulder straps can be removed and stowed in a pocket with hook-and-loop panels on the back. The backpack can also be converted for plate carriers and vests using the straps supplied with it.
