Originally designed as part of the USMC SAW Gunner set this makes a great compact first aid (IFAK) or general-purpose pouch as well as carrying extra mags.  Approximately 6” x 5” x 3” there are MOLLE attachment straps on the back and it is made by Specialty Defense of durable Cordura nylon.  Made in the U.S.A this is a very versatile pouch for work and the outdoors.
