USMC First Aid Kit MOLLE Pouch

The original issue USMC Individual Fist Aid Kit Pouch ( IFAK) that was first made in 2003.  This version is a bit smaller then the larger USMC IFAK Pouch.  We like that it is more compact and still fits the basic and intermediate builds easily.. Measuring about 7" Height x 6" Wide x 2" Deep made of durable Cordura fabric with a MOLLE compatible back and simple quick release front buckle.  This is a great size in a real U.S. issue pouch for any gear you need handy.

Condition Guide 

Surplus is real military gear, and the exact conditions may vary.  We grade used military surplus to give you options and offer a clearer description. Military gear was built well and used by soldiers proving its tested quality.  We hope you find that it serves you well. 

Grade 1 Like New:  Out of the factory case or may have only minor signs of use or storage marks.

Grade 2 Used: What we call normal used surplus. The gear is fully usable and shows normal signs of use with a lot of life left. Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, repairs, and or surface rust on them.  We find that up to a small 1/4” hole or frays does not repair well and do not affect the gears performance.
