A great size to build a first aid or trauma kit, electronics or other gear.  The pouch is 8"x6"x 3.5" with interior elastic bands, 2 sleeve pockets and a full zipper to open flat for a workstation.  Made of heavy-duty military material with MOLLE compatible backing and loops on the front to kangaroo if needed.  This is what we would call a medium size and great for a gunshot wound, bleed out kits or to organize electronics and carry with you.
