The U.S. Issue ACU First Aid Kit insert was made to slide into the IFAK pouch. The insert keeps your supplies organized in place, pulls out quickly and lays flat for quick use. Made of durable, Cordura nylon with lots of elastic holders this is a great insert for medical, tools, cords and more that you can use with or without the IFAK pouch.
