A great small space bunk bed option is the 1.5 University bunk bed that is also available in multiple sizes.  Designed for those with ceiling height constrictions it sits lower to the ground while offering mutiple size options.  The metal bed frame is constructed from a 1.5" powder coated, rust resistant square tube steel and the platforms are welded 1" tubular steel allowing for a lifetime of durability.  

The University 1.5 Bunk Beds come complete with both 2 side ladders and rails making them safe for both home and commercial uses. The University series are solid bunk beds with no rocking or shaking, and its full-length side rails are bolted to the frame making them even stronger.  This set includes a ladder that is part of the frame for both front and rear access.
